About the Art:
This print is inspired by Andy Warhol's color-blocking pop art and his 1962 painting “Marilyn’s Lip." I call my work, “Grit” because I believe in never giving up despite difficulties and uncertainties that life may throw at you. I feel that as Warhol showcased in his work that lips can convey so many different feelings and there is a beauty to that.
About the print material:
Epson Ultra Premium Luster Photo Paper has a mixture of a gloss and matte finish, giving you a highly saturated look and maximum ink coverage. Because of its saturation and resistance to fingerprints, luster paper is a popular choice for giclée quality photographic prints.
